Shunrynnthexrova is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for our online language tutoring services, including individual sessions, subscription packages, and course programs.
Free Consultations
All initial consultations are provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase our services. Free consultations are non-refundable as no payment is required.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring session at no charge if you provide notice at least 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session credit.
Tutor Cancellations
If your tutor cancels a session, you will receive a full credit refund or be offered an alternative session time. We will notify you as soon as possible if a tutor cancellation occurs.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our platform, we will provide a full credit or reschedule the session at no cost to you. If technical issues are on your end, normal cancellation policies apply.
Refund Policy for Single Sessions
Single purchased sessions can be refunded in full if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the session has not been completed. Once a session has been conducted, no refund will be issued, but unused session credits can be used for future bookings.
Refund Policy for Subscription Packages
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription packages, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription period and have not used more than 25% of your included sessions, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or if more than 25% of sessions have been used, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, with no refund for the remaining time.
Multi-Month Packages
For multi-month packages (3 months, 6 months, annual subscriptions), you may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your package start date if you have not used more than 25% of your included sessions. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions and time period.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of that period.
Refund Policy for Course Programs
For structured course programs (Foundation Course, Conversation Mastery, Professional Fluency, Exam Preparation):
- Full Refund: Available if you withdraw within 7 days of program start and have completed less than 20% of the program sessions.
- Prorated Refund: Available if you withdraw within 30 days of program start and have completed less than 50% of the program sessions. The refund amount will be calculated based on unused sessions.
- No Refund: After 30 days or if more than 50% of the program has been completed, no refund will be issued. However, unused session credits may be transferred to another program or used for individual tutoring sessions.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with your first paid tutoring session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of completing the session. This guarantee applies only to your first paid session and is subject to your active participation during the session.
Processing Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting our support team at help@shunrynnthexrova.world. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Used session credits
- Completed course programs beyond the refund period
- Administrative fees, if applicable
- Certificates and digital credentials already issued
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with documentation of your situation, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
