User Accounts

Registration

To access our tutoring services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may use our services only with parental consent and supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the platform.

Booking and Scheduling

Sessions must be booked through our platform at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session credit. Tutors reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

All fees are displayed on our website and must be paid in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. Subscription packages are billed according to the selected plan. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All content on shunrynnthexrova.world, including text, graphics, logos, and learning materials, is the property of Shunrynnthexrova or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behaviors include harassment of tutors or staff, sharing of inappropriate content, attempting to contact tutors outside the platform for tutoring services, and any form of fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

Shunrynnthexrova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
